All releases on Mixxea Records are published under Mixxea Publishing. As your publishing administrator, Mixxea Publishing registers your compositions with all major PROs worldwide and collects mechanical and performance royalties on your behalf — paid to you quarterly. You retain full compositional ownership. Mixxea Publishing is the administrator, not the copyright owner.

By submitting this form you confirm: (1) You are the sole or co-owner of all rights to this recording and composition, or have obtained all necessary permissions. (2) The track does not infringe on any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights. (3) Submission does not guarantee a release offer — A&R review takes 4–6 weeks. (4) Mixxea Records will not release or distribute your track without a signed agreement. (5) Publishing will be administered by Mixxea Publishing for the duration of the label deal. Mechanical and performance royalties will be collected worldwide and paid to you quarterly. You retain full compositional ownership — Mixxea Publishing is the administrator only. (6) If you hold an existing publishing deal, co-publishing terms will be negotiated separately before any agreement is signed. (7) Providing false or misleading information on this form constitutes grounds for immediate termination of any deal. (8) Mixxea Records reserves the right to decline any submission without explanation. (9) The submitted track will not be shared with any third party without your written consent.
